These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate legal process. We reserve the full right to suspend or terminate any account that fails to comply with Munjya's Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account on Munjya. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created using false information may be terminated at any time and the balance may be forfeited.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Munjya may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license at any time. Verification is mandatory for large withdrawals. Failure to complete verification may result in your withdrawal being put on hold.

• Each individual may open a maximum of one account.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The email address and phone number provided at registration must remain active.
• Please contact customer support to update your account information.

Munjya accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and direct bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team with a screenshot.

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• munjya reserves the right to hold any suspicious payment transactions pending verification.

KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request on Munjya. Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Wagering must be completed before withdrawing winnings from a bonus.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted on the same day, provided the total amount remains within the daily limit.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be held pending investigation.
• Withdrawals of BDT 10,000 or more will not be processed without completed KYC verification.

Munjya offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and referral bonus. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

Claiming a bonus means you accept the terms associated with it. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings derived from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been met.

• The welcome bonus applies only to the first deposit of a new account.
• The wagering requirement for bonuses is generally 30x the bonus amount.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once the bonus offer expires.
• Munjya reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All games on Munjya use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and never predetermined. Live Casino games are conducted by real-time dealers, and no manipulation is possible there either.

• If your internet connection drops mid-game, the game will generally remain in a suspended state and can be resumed once you reconnect.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical issue, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, your stake will be refunded.
• Winnings obtained through violation of game rules will not be paid out.

Any of the following activities constitutes a direct violation of Munjya's Terms & Conditions. If such activity is proven, the account will be immediately terminated, the balance will be forfeited, and the relevant authorities will be notified if required.

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Playing games using bots, automation software, or AI tools.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploiting security vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Creating an account with false information or committing KYC fraud.
• Harassing or intimidating other players.

Munjya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the circumstances listed below. Upon account termination, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned; however, it may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.

• For violations of the terms and conditions.
• For submitting false information or forged documents.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• If the user requests to close their own account.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. A self-exclusion option is also available, allowing you to lock your account for a specified period.
